We want booking with MoKabb to be worry-free. This Refund Policy explains when and how you get your money back.
1. Anilasion gratis
Cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup: online prepayments are refunded in full, and no fee applies to pay-in-cash bookings.
2. Anilasion tardif
For cancellations less than 24 hours before pickup, a fee of up to 50% of the fare may be retained to compensate the assigned driver. Cancellations less than 2 hours before pickup, and no-shows, may be charged the full fare.
3. Si nou anile ouswa nou pa arive
If we cancel your booking, or the driver does not arrive within a reasonable time of the agreed pickup, you choose between a full refund and a free rebooking — no questions asked.
4. Retar avion ek fors mazer
Airport pickups are adjusted to your actual arrival time free of charge, including for delayed flights. If your flight is cancelled, tell us as soon as possible and we will rebook or refund your transfer in full. Events of force majeure entitle you to a full refund of prepaid amounts for services not performed.

If a confirmed service was not delivered as described — for example the wrong vehicle category — contact us within 7 days of the ride. After reviewing the trip data we refund the difference or an appropriate amount. Fair claims are our priority.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or provider. Cash bookings involve no prepayment, so there is nothing to refund unless a deposit was taken.

Before opening a dispute with your bank, please contact us: trip data lets us resolve most claims within 72 hours, far faster than a chargeback. For any dispute opened with a payment provider, we supply the booking evidence (confirmation, route, communications) and reserve the right to suspend accounts used for fraudulent chargebacks.

Where offered and accepted, a refund may be provided as a ride voucher of at least equal value. Vouchers are optional — you may always insist on the original payment method for amounts you are entitled to — and carry a minimum validity of six months, are transferable to another passenger on request, and are redeemed against any route at the prices shown at booking.

Email with your booking reference, the date of the ride and a short description. We acknowledge every request and aim to resolve it within 72 hours.
