These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") govern your use of the MoKabb website, mobile applications and booking services. By making a booking or creating an account, you accept these Terms.
1. Nou servis
We provide pre-booked taxi, airport-transfer, tour and chauffeur services performed by licensed professional drivers. Quotes shown before confirmation are fixed for the journey described: no surge pricing and no hidden fees.
2. Rezervasion ek kont
You must provide accurate pickup, drop-off, date, time and contact information. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. We may refuse or cancel bookings that appear fraudulent or unsafe.
3. Pri ek peyman
The price confirmed at booking covers the described journey, standard luggage and taxes. Extra charges may apply for significant route changes, additional stops, excessive waiting time or soiling of the vehicle; these are always communicated. Payment can be made in cash to the driver or online by card or other supported methods, processed by secure third-party providers.
4. Ramasaz aeropor ek letan atann
For airport pickups we monitor your flight and adjust the pickup time to the actual arrival at no extra cost. A free waiting period applies after landing (and after the scheduled time for other pickups); beyond it, reasonable waiting fees may apply.
5. Anilasion ek sanzman
You can modify or cancel a booking free of charge up to the notice period stated in our Refund Policy. Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged as described there. We may cancel for reasons of safety, force majeure or driver unavailability; in that case you receive a full refund or a free rebooking.
6. Ou konportman
Passengers must behave respectfully, wear seat belts, and must not smoke, consume alcohol or transport illegal items in the vehicle. The driver may end a ride, without refund, if behaviour endangers safety. You are liable for damage you cause to the vehicle.
7. Nou responsabilite
Rides are covered by the professional insurance required of licensed operators. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (traffic, weather, road closures, force majeure) nor for missed flights or connections where insufficient travel time was booked; we always recommend allowing a safety margin. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Propriyete intelektiel
The website, apps, brand, logos and content are protected by intellectual-property law and remain our property or that of our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission.
9. Lalwa aplikab ek konfli
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Mauritius. We first try to resolve any dispute amicably; failing that, the courts of Mauritius have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
10. Zafer perdi
Check the vehicle before leaving. If you forget an item, contact us as soon as possible with your booking reference: drivers hand found items to our team and we arrange return or collection. A reasonable delivery fee may apply for returning items over long distances.
11. Promosion ek bon
Promotional codes and vouchers have their own conditions (validity dates, eligible routes, single use) shown when issued. They have no cash value, cannot be combined unless stated, and may be withdrawn in case of abuse or fraud.
12. Sanzman dan sa Kondision-la
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our Services or the law. The date above shows the latest version; material changes are announced on this page and apply to bookings made after they take effect. If any provision is found invalid, the remainder stays in force.
13. Plint
If something falls short, contact us first with your booking reference: complaints are acknowledged within one business day and investigated against the trip record, with a substantive reply normally within seven days. If you remain unsatisfied, you may escalate to the relevant Mauritian consumer-protection authorities; nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights.
